LFP32 inverter
Application
LFP 32 inverter is destined to produce an alternating voltage 220VAC of a 50 Hz frequency in case of a voltage decay in a 220V system. The inverter was designed in such a way that it can also supply electrical energy receivers of an inductive character. LFP 32 power supply can also be installed on special stands (hangers) containing connections between the converters, the accumulator battery, the network and
receivers. Such installation facilitates mounting and service operations.
Caution!!! After installing the device, output voltage during alarm state should be regulated depending on the character of the load connected – when true RMS multimeter is connected on L2 N2 terminals there should be voltage of 230V AC. To set the voltage a potentiometer is needed.
It is accessible through a whole in the upper part of the cage (the left potentiometer when looking at it from the front of the cage).
The potentiometer placed on the right side changes the służy do zmiany progu przełączania: praca awaryjna/praca normalna.
Construction
The LFP32 inverter's work is based on the modern POWER MOS transistors, which guarantee a highly efficient conversion of electrical energy stored in the 12V DC accumulator batteries to electrical energy of alternative voltage 230V AC 50Hz. The frequency of thus produced voltage is quartz-stabilized. The power voltage (from supply network) is connected to L1 N1 terminals. A receiver, which is to be supplied with 230V AC, is connected to L2 N2 terminals. When a "natural" power is present on L1 N1 terminals, the voltage is transmitted directly (through the relay's terminals) to L2 N2 terminals. When the power decays or diminishes, L2 N2 are switched to emergency work. This work may stop (the inverter is blocked) in the case of voltage drop on accumulator (to less than 10.5V) or a constant overload of the inverter.
Unblocking can be done automatically - the B1 and B2 terminals shorted; or manually - a mono-stable key is connected to B1 and B2 terminals.
