Application

LZB35-1215 buffer power supply is destined to supply various kinds of devices and systems with the voltage of 12V (1215 model) and 24V (2408 model). Buffer working system of a power supply consists in a parallel connection of an accumulator's power supply on output terminals, for which the producer allows the output charging current 15A. At the basic power supply of 230V AC the power supply provides receivers with energy and, simultaneously, charges a connected accumulator with voltage compressed by means of temperature. Consequently, output voltage of a power supply during buffer work depends on the temperature of a temperature probe, which should be attached to an accumulator.

A power supply can also work as a source of a normal DC voltage of a high stabilization factor with a possibility of setting output voltage around 11-15V (1215 model, 1215W) and 22-30V (2408 model.) In such a case a temperature probe should be replaced by 680 Ohm resistor. LZB35 power supply can be connected in series or in parallel and in a connection with LFP32 inverter it can be used as a long-time power supply device, depending on the capacity of the accumulator batteries.

 

Construction

LZB35 power supply is an high-efficient PWM converter, that has short-circuit and overload protection. It is also equipped with a signalization system (LEDs and signalization relay's terminals), that gives information about accumulator's state. The converter has a build-in temperature protection that stops the converter if a surrounding air temperature exceeds 80oC - when the temperature diminishes, the converter goes back to normal work. In “W” power supply, there is a built-in module measuring voltage and output current.

Signalling transmitters

The terminals of two switching relays, which armature's state changes adequately to the change of signalling “PRACA” LED and „Uacu>10,5V” or „Uacu>21”. The state of normal work (230V AC net connected, accumulator connected, output voltage of the power supply >10.5V or >21V accordingly) – all the LEDs shine, contacts 1 and 2 of PA and PB relays short - -circuited.
